[Check_mk (english)] Disable inventory of if64 per host

ignored_checks behaviour has been fixed in GIT master some time ago. In the
upcoming version v1.2.6 (currently at v1.2.6b9) ignored checktypes will be
ignored before inventory, not afterwards.
