[Check_mk (english)] high cpu not notified

I don't think there is a default rule for cpu utilization %.

I created a rule using:
   WATO -> Parameters for discovered services -> Operating System 
Resources -> CPU utilization for simple devices
for my Windows hosts. (for linux use 'CPU utilization for Linux/UNIX')
