The Nagvis/PNP4Nagios hover graphing capability is cool. So cool, it would show well as being part of the omd default configuration (the dummy service). And, nice to see the hover graph feature in the default service OMD 0.46 Nagios icons. It's easy and fun to move a cursor around a map and have graphs pop up.

For those who haven't done it, yet - tying NagVis and PNP4Nagios together is powerful (thank you OMD). Here's one way to get hover graphs working for NagVis:
* Place the file below in ~/var/nagvis/userfiles/templates/default-pnp.hover.html
* Open -> WUI
* Options -> General Configuration
* hovermenu -> hovertemplate (change 'default' to 'default-pnp')
* Click Save

Here's the file I'm now using for displaying hover graphs. I cut out all the low-level detail to focus on the graphs. View 0 is configured for 4-hours and View 2 is configured for 48-hours.

<table class="hover_table">
        <tr><th><label>4-Hour Graph</label></th></tr>
        <tr><td><img src=/control/pnp4nagios/image?host=[pnp_hostname]&srv=[pnp_service_description]&display=image&view=0&h=100&w=400></td></tr>
        <tr><th><label>48-Hour Graph</label></th></tr>
        <tr><td><img src=/control/pnp4nagios/image?host=[pnp_hostname]&srv=[pnp_service_description]&display=image&view=2&h=100&w=400></td></tr>

The 48-hour view is not part of the pnp4nagios default. I added it in ~/etc/pnp4nagios/config.pnp. Our NOC likes a 48-hour view. Also, I created a similar template for 2days/1month for slower-trending services.
