[omd-users] libdbi.so.0 error

Yes there is a dependency for libdbi that is missed in the install of OMD
1.30.
All you need to do is install the dependency, so on CentOS you would do
yum install libdbi
I think that is located in the regular depositories, so it should quickly
install.
